The Assistant Manager/ Manager, Digital Marketing, is expected to work and contribute actively to genomic data sequencing and developing software applications over these platforms. The incumbent manager will be tasked with creating the strategy and culture required for employees to experiment with the right resources at the right level to support that experimentation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The incumbent is a key player in a company's marketing department, responsible for leading a team of digital marketing professionals to drive the company's online presence and reach business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and brand management, as well as the ability to lead a team and make strategic decisions.
The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and digital advertising channels. This includes setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns, regularly evaluating their performance, and reporting on their results to stakeholders.
In addition to managing campaigns, the incumbent is also responsible for leading and mentoring junior team members, ensuring that the digital marketing team is working efficiently and effectively. They may also play a role in training and development to help team members improve their skills and advance in their careers.
To be successful in this role, the incumbent should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. They should also have a keen eye for data analysis, be able to interpret data effectively, and use it to make informed decisions that drive business results.
- • Lead the development and execution of overall digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement in the AI and health industry.
- • Build and manage a team of marketing professionals, including strategists, media planners, and creatives, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
- • Conduct market research and gather insights on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Plan and execute effective digital campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to optimise performance.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and continuously evaluate new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- • Oversee the creative direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring all creative output aligns with the company's overall business goals and brand guidelines.
- • Continuously evaluate and improve the creative process, seeking new and innovative ways to engage target audiences and drive business growth.
- • Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, videos, and animations, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to inform future strategies and decision-making.
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, digital advertising).
- • Excellent project management skills, capable of simultaneously managing campaigns and projects.
- • Strong data analysis skills to track and measure campaign performance.
- • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Adaptable to changes in the digital marketing landscape and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.

- • Ability to analyse data and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- • Experience with tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • Experience working in advertising agencies is a plus.
- • Digital marketing certification, such as Meta-certifications, AdWord certification, etc., is a plus.
