JOB PURPOSE

We are currently looking for a Full-time Human Resource Manager to head HR department at Teleaus Group with 80 plus staff. This role will perform end-to-end HR services of the group while also being able to provide strategic direction and knowledge to the management at the Teleaus Group. The role requires a motivated, hands-on proactive leader to handle all the HR related tasks at the company using his knowledge in HR technology, payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to comprehend and carry out the organization's talent and human resource strategy

- Work with managers of departments to learn what skills and abilities are needed for openings.

- Develop and support the recruitment process, and new employee onboarding process

- Determine appropriate remuneration and develop related strategies

- Manage company employees using performance management tools and review

- Oversees employee disciplinary matters, terminations, and investigations.

- Ensure implementation and compliance of applicable employment laws and regulations, health, and safety programs

- Organise policies to support employee opportunities for professional development

- Provide the necessary support for processing payroll.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Master’s degree in business administration, management or related field required.

- Diploma in Human Resource Management.

- Additional certification in HR related streams preferred

- 5 years + experience as an HR Business Partner or Country/Business HR lead.

- Experience as an HR Strategic Partner and a proven ability to partner with Senior leaders.

- Experience in Talent Management and Performance Management.

- Excellent leadership, team building, facilitation, relationship building, consultation and recruiting skills.

- Excellent written, and verbal communication and presentation skills in English

- Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, and act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).

- Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
